Does Teva Support Solutions® verify insurance coverage for patients prescribed CINQAIR®?
Yes. Once a Case Administrator receives the Prescription and Service Request Form, the Case Administrator will conduct a benefits verification to determine health insurance coverage for the patient prescribed CINQAIR®. The Summary of Benefits will then be faxed to your practice. The Case Administrator will also call the patient to discuss their health insurance coverage for treatment with ClNQAIR®.
